Thanks to its dry character, Alsace Muscat truly whets the appetite. It is often served as an aperitif on the best tables in the region. Muscat is also highly appreciated with asparagus. It complements light vegetable-based dishes, whether cooked or raw (steamed preparations, vegetarian dishes).
